The following information was released by Ukiah High Administration:

Schedules – Tuesday August 11th
○ Schedules will be available Tuesday August 11th through Aeries portal. If you need help
signing up for the portal please contact our Family Liaisons at 472 – 5851 or 472 – 5778.

Freshman Virtual Link Crew Orientation – Friday Aug 14th at 9:00
○ Freshman will receive an email with a link for them to join a group

First Day Of Class – August 17th at 8:15
○ First day of class will be August 17th at 8:15. Because attendance is required, all students are expected to be present in their online classes every day, which will be through a virtual platform such as GoogleMeets or Zoom.
○ Students need to check their uusd email account regularly for the most up to date information from their teachers, including how to access their distance learning classroom.

Textbooks/Class Material Distribution – First and Second Week Of School
○ Textbooks and Class Materials Distribution will be scheduled for the first and second week of school.

The following is an announcement issued by the Ukiah High School Administration:

Chromebooks for UHS students will be distributed August 13 – 14 as a Drive-Thru Pick-Up Service in the UHS Student and Staff parking lots from 7:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Please note which parking lot area your grade is assigned.

9th grade – Aug 13th 7 am- 12 pm STAFF LOT
11th grade – Aug 13th 7 am- 12 pm STUDENT LOT
10th grade – Aug 14th 7 am- 12 pm STUDENT LOT
12th grade – Aug 14th 7 am- 12 pm STAFF LOT

If you miss your assigned Chromebook pick-up day, please contact the Tech office at 472-5862 or 472-5757 to schedule a time to pick it up. Chromebooks can only be distributed to the student or parent/guardian.
