As you may know, it is homecoming week! So far, everyone is pumped for what’s next.

The kickoff of HOCO was the Battle of the Tri. All grade levels gathered at the Tennis Court, then marched to the Tri, shouting and chanting their class cheers. All four classes made lots of noise throughout the event, with each class eager to participate.

Later in the afternoon, everyone returned to the Tri for games where each grade level competed against one another for points. At this lunch rally, judges for homecoming were introduced, and the classes played multiple games in order to win points to get closer to the Spirit Bell.

The seniors won the opening game, which involved stacking boxes to spell out words related to the class themes.

Game two, musical hula hoops, was a close call, but sophomores took the win.

The final game, which involved snatching wigs from other classmates’ heads, was won by the freshmen.

Day 1 was a huge success, but more fun is on the way! Continue coming out to support your class during the remainder of the week!
